I would like to know why my streaming picture on laptop is fractured, flashing, pixel flashing and could probably initiate seizures with the flashing. I took a video of it but cannot upload here. I updated my flash, updated chrome ?????!!!!?)? Ah, I pay way to much to not be able to stream.
