I signed up in May of this year for service. The Xfinity team came and dug up my lawn, cutting off my existing cables after which I decided to cancel service. It has been 6 months and I have only been partially refunded (50%) for an installation and service that was never installed.
I have talked to two customer service represenatives over the last 2 months who both promised to process my full refund but nothing has happened. Who do I need to talk to so that I can get my money back?
