Having no luck with any answers on this online.
Try to stream a show on my laptop, worked yesterday, not today. I get this error message:
Before answers are given, I have tried the following solutions several times:
Multiple web browsers (all fully updated)
Cleared Cache and cookies in all browsers
Restarted my X-1 Box and refreshed my internet service
I am at home, and live in the USA
Works fine on my phone
Works fine directly on my TV
Laptop has not updated since yesterday when it worked fine
No one seems to know anything about this code, what it means, why it is there, etc.
Any answers would be great, but please read what I have already done. I have seen many replies to these types of posts by well meaning people who seem to have reading comprehension issues as they ask questions that are already answered.
Sorry for my snarkiness, but this is very frustrating to pay this much for service and I can't use it, with no answers from anyone

She answered almost every one of your questions.
I have the same problem. AT HOME, on my laptop, trying to stream. TV works fine, phone app works fine, internet is connected fine. Tried all browsers available, cleared cache, restarted, etc. Still get the same error code :
To date, not one person knows what this is, why it is there, or how to fix it.
