Signed up for mobile service yesterday around 11 am. Since the order was placed before 2 pm my two iPhones should have shipped yesterday. I keep contacting customer service and getting different answers. One person said i need to send a bill and my id in through a security email i should recieve (haven't got that either). I would like to get these phones by Friday so I don't have to start another billing cycle with my current provider plus paying for these phones once they are actually shipped (whenever that may be). The last person I talked to said it shows on their end they are shipping but on my end it still says processing. This is frustrating.
