Thank for reaching out to us. I’m happy to provide needed help. From what I gather, you originally created a BYOD account with a different device. You are now using your iPhone 7 and want your account to reflect your new device instead of the old one.
If my above-mentioned anticipation is accurate, your current iPhone 7 is showing as an unsolicited device on your account. From a technical standpoint, unsolicited devices tend to retain all feature and service functionality. The issue is that we do not guarantee that the service will work on an unsolicited device.
If your iPhone 7 is showing as unsolicited, and as of now, we do not have the flexibility to update your current BYOD account and have it reflect the actual device in use. Know that we are continually working to bring more features that can offer more flexibility to our customers.
