As of October 1st 2019, I can no longer stream local channels (NBC, ABC, CW, ect.) which are a part of my plan on the Xfinity streaming app. To my knowledge, my plan has not changed and is the same in my Account settings. I tried refreshing the page, using a different browser, and waiting a day, but I cannot stream them. With the filters off, I can click on the channel, but it says "requires subscription". I stream on my laptop and am on my home Internet connection. As a consequence, my DVR scheduled recordings have all been removed. I can still stream and have access to my premium channels (HBO).
