I was out of town last month and did not notice my Comcast bill went up by over 20 bucks!!! So I've been paying the monstrous price of $82.65 (with my own modem) for past 2 months - for the Internet service. My speed is usually about 100mbps and we probably even don't need that much. Anyway, I called Customer Support and they offered me a much lower speed and no TV, no HBO (which I used to have for much lower price) for a similar price that we had before, but without the extras. No Customer Retnention effort whatsoever! Take it or leave it - thanks for being a loyal customer for 20 years..... That's what we get when there is no real competition in the market. How do we get this fixed?
