Just got hung up on by Tier 1 while transferring. Sick of these games. Been going on since September. I'm reaching out to Tom Karinshak now. Sometimes, that's what it takes to get Comcast issues fixed.

I'm on the phone right now with Tier 1 in the Philippines and they aren't empowered nor trained to recognized nor fix this. Just keep asking to be escalated to Tier 2 or 3 to update the bootlog file with the new modem Mac address.
