I have tried all of the items removing and reinstalling xfinity beta, rebooting the roku, etc. Nothing seems to work. I have an X1 box with a DVR so I qualify for the rule about having at least 1 box. I have a Roku Ultra that simply stopped working. I get to the point where I select watch live channel and nothing happens. No sound or video. Network connections are correct. Note that every device besides Roku (Kindle, computer) works. Any help would be appreciated.
