I have a similar problem. Every month I spend 2 to 3 hours trying to straighten out my bill. I have 3 phones on my plan yet the try to charge me 3 by the Gig and 2 unlimited when it is supposed to be 2, 3 gig plan and 1 unlimited. Every time they look at it the numbers don’t add up yet they look at it then quote me the sum that is usually off by $70 then after transferring me back and forth to tier 1 operator to tier 2 they add a credit to my bill.
