We experience the SAME thing. We have a terabyte of data and somehow ALWAYS go over, even when no one is home all day long, WiFi is shut off of our phones (we have unlimited through our phone service), and they can’t tell me why we always go over. As in what device is the culprit. I’ve looked at the usage chart and none of the 4 devices connected have excessive use. It’s starting to get fishy to me and I’ve been searching other provider options. My BIL works in IT, and it says it would be nearly impossible to go over a terabyte of data. Especially with the amount of time we are here. Not to mention the service is always out, freezing, pausing, etc. Good luck!
