I have a 2yr contract which includes all room DVR discounted to 0$. Have bin recording to the cloud not a DVR box for 9 months. Woke up to recordings gone and can't record. Called Comcast they said I don't have a DVR box or the service even though it's on my bill every month. And if I won't record I'll have pay for the box and service. Wouldn't tell me how this happened or even try and work something out. If any one has any answers on this please let me know. Thank you for your time.
