Thank you for bringing this to our attention. I’ll be more than happy to investigate this for you. Snow7551 is right, if the device was returned and services were canceled, yet we still billed you for your device, the amount billed depends on the grading of the phone in question.
When you get an opportunity, send me a private message (click on ComcastChrisL and then click on send message) that includes the first and last name of the account holder, the account number, and the last 4 digits of the payment method you used to set-up services. Thanks again for your time and patience, I will wait for your response.

I tried this and I can't even get a signal. When attempting the same test with a Galaxy s8 running on Verizon's network, I can make and receive calls while on the network. The iPhone keeps saying call failed, and calls made to the phone go right to voicemail.
Let’s try a few things:
1.) Turn off WiFi Calling, just to make sure that it is not causing cellular problems
2.) Reset network settings
3.) Power Off/ Power On your iPhone
4.) Test. Any luck?, If not
5.) Go to Settings > Cellular > Cellular Data Options > Voice & Data, and try each of the options and toggle Airplane Mode On and off each time
If none of the above work the bad news may be that you may be in an area that you are not actually on the Verizon Netwok but in an area that Verizon is sharing or roaming on another carrier’s network under a side agreement and that carrier may not have agreed to support or provide coverage to MVNOs such as XMo.
