Hello! I recently signed up for Xfinity Internet, and the terms were that I am eligible for (1) $20 discount for 1-year contract, and (2) I get extra $10 discount for auto payment. I am enrolled for both automatic payment and paperless bill, which I believe would qualify me for the discount!
The thing is, my estimated bill seems to say that I did not get the autopay discount. I was wondering whether the discount will be reflected on the actual billing? Also, I was wondering whether since I signed up for the automatic payment, I do not have to worry about paying the bill myself (and the payment will be made on the 26th every month)?
