When I attempt to see pricing for new Xfinity service, the Xfinity website says my address is not recognized. I went in to an Xfinity store, and they submit a ticket to check the servicability of the address, saying it should be done in 24 hours. This was 5 days ago. I have called Comcast many times in the meantime, and no one has been able to provide me with more information.
How can I get my address added so that I can get pricing to potentially set up new service? If this doesn't get resolved soon, I will have to go with a competitor who provides better customer service.
