I had moved and wanted to start services at the new location. Get a 2- hour window, nobody shows up until 90 minutes after 2 hours have elapsed and I called a few numbers. Doesn’t have the certain length cable and can’t reach other guys to get it. Gets rescheduled for another 2-hour window. Next appt, 2 hour window, nobody shows up. I call people and told he got stuck. Half an hour after 2 hours had passed, I get a call he might be on his way. I had expected better, I had hope more, for a company like Xfinity Comcast, not a <Edited> recurring pattern of being late, with no explanations.
