Yesterday, I turned on the TV and set-top box. It started to open and had some sound but the message on the TV was "connecting to your entertainment experience". It froze on the middle dot of the timer. I turned the TV off and on and after awhile it said "No signal." I went through all your troubleshooting--had you do a complete reset and a single one. Neither made any difference. I have no sound and just the "No signal" sign which kind of gets boring after awhile. I went through all your troubleshooting procedures, tightening all connections (none were loose). Still nothing. The bot was silly when I tried to talk to it. Do you have any suggestions, infinitially?
