Hello, I just recently signed up with a new account and can't access it, only get this when I try: "A communication error has occurred. We have been notified and are looking into the issue. Please try reloading the page or coming back later." Also, since I created an account to get xfinity xfi, when I go on that page, it tells my I have yo check my credentials? While in the App it says: "You are logged in but we are unable to access your account details. Would you like to try again?" Can anyone please help me solve this??
