Ive had the same problem for months now. I'll get a bill in the mail saying my account is overdue but when I log in, I have a balance of $0. I went ahead and just paid money towards the account but then my service was suspended. After days back and forth with customer service they "fixed my account". Then I get another overdue bill in the mail so I went to a physical store and the lady took my checking account and routing number, and scheduled a payment. One week later and my service was suspended again. I cant make payments or set up automatic billing and no one can help me. What should I do? If I just ignore xfinitys phone calls and get a different service, will my credit score be affected?
