We have been dealing with dropped internet and t.v for the last week and it happens an average of 30 times a day. We have had a technician come out. Only thing he did was switch splitters and reset the cable box. Worked for maybe two hours. Both modems stop working and go in and out on their own. We have another visit scheduled for Friday. If anyone knows anything, or has had this happen, please share advice. We are on the verge of dropping Comcast if this is not resolved within a day or two. No sense in paying for a service that does not work. Thanks.
