Trying to watch/download a couple of shows from my DVR to my mobile device. I am out of the country. I’m able to view the DVR tv recordings however when I chose watch I get the error code 3305-“sorry we are having trouble, if internet is working try another program”
i have tried them all. Besides, aren’t they supposed to be “in the cloud” so we can access from “anywhere”.
please help. Return home today and would like to be able to watch a few programs while traveling.
