I had the same problem before, 6 months or so ago. I turned on two factor authentication. After 6 months I got the same problem again, since I can see when someone accesses my account, I can say for sure that this is a problem internal with Xfinity, they must have some serious security issue. I know nobody else has access to my two factor security code. Been on the phone with Xfinity for over an hour and they are not doing anything to correct it.
