I work periodically from home over a VPN connection to my company. Throughout the day I typically have good connection and bandwith to perform all activities. There are however periods where connection to wifi (and I'm seated by my gateway) just drops not only for my laptop, but for all devices in my house - it's typically for 30 seconds or less, but the fact that it drops causes loss of productivity. My wife contacted support and they sent her the xFi pods which are great but not necessary since it's not a coverage issue. I have logged into the console for the Xfinity xFi Advanced Gateway to review logs but neither the System or Event logs are available. This is already the second Gateway that we've had - how do I get this resolved?
