I ordered the wrong device online and went to an Xfinity store to exchange it and was told that there would be a 30$ restocking fee plus additional taxes, etc. When I asked if I could just return the phone and use my old device I was told I'd still need to pay the restocking fee and not even get a refund for the payment and taxes I paid for the device I didn't want. Uh what? I've only had Xfinity mobile for two days and I'm already very displeased.
