@ComcastAlly I saw your comment in the forum a month ago, please assist. I'm really trying to understand what suddenly happened that we are exceeding the data. Yesterday, I was on calls with Xfinity reps and they forward me from one member to another. I REALLY want to solve any problem but it does not make sense that we are exceeding after several months that everything was working well.
Based on Xfinity rep, I followed the protocol;
- I changed the password
- I downloaded the xfi app and following the connected devices
- I removed all devices
- I run an antivirus on my and my husband computers
