I recently placed an order with an online chat agent to upgrade from the X1GV3 to X1GV4 for the 4K HD. She stated that I would receive my new box in 3-5 days but never gave me a tracking number for the package. So not only do I not know who is delivering it, but I also don't have a date so that I can keep an eye out for it. I live in an apartment building and it would be very easy for someone else in the building to take the package. I have checked UPS and Fed Ex and the order (reference) number is not working for tracking. I was told shipping costs would be waived and the 19.95/mo fee would be removed when I turn in the old box. Can someone help?
