I switched from AT&T in Jan 2019 where I was having no problems with dropped calls on cell network or wifi calling using my iphone. I've had terrible problems with dropped calls from the day I switched over. When I returned to the Comcast store where I signed up, they did a "network reset" on my phones which made them useable but far from adequate. Since the rate is so good, I have endured hundreds of "system failure" dropped calls, but I'm running out of patience. (My wife is about to kill me.) I turn off the cell radio to force it to stay on wifi which works sometimes, but other times the call will "fail" after a few minutes conversation. Wifi signal strength has nothing to do with this problem. Xfinity must be getting the leftovers from Verizon's network.
