This is an ongoing problem with no resolution in sight. My apartment building and neighbors have all lodged formal complaints, but it was not until a chance encounter with a repair man on the street that we got a straight answer-- it was the apartment complex next to us who has a problem that is dragging everyone else down.
Whether or not this is true, why has it not been resolved? When can we expect real updates? I work from home and this interrupts my ability to do my job and thus pay Comcast for the service I am not getting reliably.
