Hi. I called Comcast about a month ago to see about getting Internet service to my home. They said that currently my home was not serviceable but could send out a surveyor to see if it could become serviceable and what it would cost. About a week later they came out and did their assessment and gave me a quote. although high I agreed to move forward. That was 3 weeks ago. I haven’t been able to get ANYONE from the Construction team to call me back to get the construction started. I’ve called the customer service dept at least 7 times and each time they assure me a construction person will call me back and have “escalated” the issue numerous times and still doesn’t yield a result. How is their customer service and process so bad that I’m literally begging them to provide me a service and willing to pay for new construction and I can’t get anyone from their company to call back?
