My internet disconnects for a few minutes most days at 3pm. Sometimes it will disconnect at other times as well.
To add to the frustration, the live chat doesn't work because it says "please enter a valid zip code" without having any option to enter a zip code anywhere.
Trying to call comcast puts me in touch with someone overseas who tells me to reset my modem.
Until some broadband competition comes to my area and I can fire this awful company, what are my options?
