I'm following the instructions at https://www.nomorobo.com/signup. When I get to step 4, advanced call forwarding, I'm supposed to see my "home" number listed in the "Voice -> Call Forwarding" section of Xfinity Connect. But the Home number is not there, it's blank. So I can't proceed with the setup.
I've called Comcast once and was told they fixed it. Logging in, I see that it is not. How can I get the "home" number to appear in Xfinity Connect call forwarding?
