Hello, I'm a Xfinity mobile customer with some concerns. I don't have internet service but I want to get a new phone. My old phone is paid off and they told me in store about a month ago that I could get a new phone if I paid the full price upfront. So I waited until I had the money to buy the phone outright and went to the store today and now they're saying that I can't get a new phone period. We've been customers for over a year and have had a great experience aside from this issue, I would hate to have to look elsewhere for service. I talked to two people over your text support and they were both very unhelpful. I'm only posting on here because no one else seems willing or able to help me.
