Moved into our new home with the modem at one end, so I chained 3 pods away from it to the other end of the house including going downstairs. They connected just fine and it's undeniable that they're working because I'm getting great speeds at the far end of the house vs. pitiful service before.
My question is confirming what I believe is a bug in the Xfinity network analysis software that we all access from the app or web. All three pods show that they are online and connected. But all three say, "There are no devices connected to Pod right now". And they never do. And if I look at devices that are connected to the nework, they all say that their connection point is to "Wireless Gateway".
Bug? It'd be nice to see what's really connected where.
