I am having the same issue as many other users. I login to my account and when I attempt to look at my account details or any other account specific page I get an error stating "Sorry A communication error has occurred. We have been notified and are looking into the issue. Please try reloading the page or coming back later." I have not been able to see any of my account info since starting service and due to this error I'm not sure how to view or pay my bill online. @ComcastMichael , please help.
