I find it a bit ridiculous that they don't tell you when you sign up for a new contract and you have a 30-day guarantee that if you are not satisfied you cannot go back to your original plan if they don't offer it anymore. It's highly misleading to say you have a 30 day guarantee when in reality if they don't offer your plan anymore it doesn't matter what you do or when you cancel you cannot go back to it. I tried customer service for them to only tell me pretty much it's too bad and there's nothing they can do to help. Theres only the option to upgrade and pay more which defeats the whole purpose if trying to lower my bill.
