We’re paying for 150MBPS internet (Performance Pro). We’re receiving between 0.06MBPS and the absolute fastest I’ve seen on a speed test is 25MBPS. The typical seems to be between 5-10MBPS download. I have screen shots of these if there is any question. I want a resolution. I will not continue to pay for internet that is a fraction of what I selected. We run a home business so internet speeds are imperative for us. If a Tech needs to come out and diagnose the issue, I will gladly be home to meet them, but I want assurance in writing that we will not be billed for it. We constantly drop connections, or the internet runs so slow that webpages time out before they load. We only have three devices connected, and we use a good router. What will be done to address this issue? I kindly request a timely resolution.

It appears Comcast has decided to do Maintenace resulting in us having no service this evening. A little recon left me noting that it’ll be reconnected around 5 hours from now. Normally I’d get off my computer and do something else without complaining, but as we run an online business, we’re right in the middle of fulfilling orders that need to be shipped in the morning. No WiFi means no printing postage which means customers get orders 1 day late. Is there a way we can get refunded for this as we’re not getting service we paid for and this time it’s actually quite an inconvenience??
