I am getting this issue every 7 days.
I call, I speak to usually 3 people before someone understands. Everything works - my TV, my internet, just cannot stream HBO on demand and not from the hbo site either.
Last time I called the rep took 10 minutes to tell me she needed to reset my modem (not the issue), I told her not to, and she did anyway, booting us out of other needed connections. I call every week and I don't really have the energy... it's insane trying to get someone to understand...
