Good afternoon everyone. I recently purchased an Arris SB8200 to replace a Motorola SB6141. On plugging in and activating the modem, the modem is being seeing by support, however I have no internet connection plugged in directly through the modem. After working with a technician onsite, he said it looks like the boot file being received is from my former ISP (Earthlink) and not from Comcast.
