I am a brand new customer to xfinity. After making my account, verifying my email address, etc - I have yet to receive an order confirmation email (only that they have received my order). In addiiton, when I try to view my bill or click into my account on the xfinity website, I get an error that reads, " A communication error has occurred. We have been notified and are looking into the issue. Please try reloading the page or coming back later". I have triedclearing my cache, cookies, and different browsers. Havn't even officially started my service with Comcast and already considering switching if this isn't resolved soon.
