I'm so glad for this forum. My playlist stopped working March 21. I'm in PA. Called Comcast, they went thru the same old reset steps then sent a tech out this past week. The tech told me no one in the office knew anything about the playlist, let alone how to fix it. He said if it didn't come back up, they would replace my box next week. Rationally, I didn't understand how that would help because it's a programming issue, not equipment. Thank you for the info ComcastChad because I use this all the time. I hope y'all fix it soon and a credit would be nice. Thank you in advance.
