OKAY, SO I HAVE ABOUT HAD ENOUGH WITH COMCAST AND UNLESS IT GETS TO WHERE IT NEEDS TO BE YOU WILL BE LOSING A LOYAL CUSTOMER AFTER WELL OVER 15 YEARS....I AM SUPPOSE TO BE GETTING 600 MBPS ON MY INTERNET THE HIGHEST NUMBER I HAVE EVER HAD IN THE PAST 2 YEARS SINCE MY LAST CONTRACT AGREEMENT IS 50....I PAY MY ACCOUNT ON TIME EACH AND EVERY MONTH, I HAVE CALLED AND COMPLAINED, HAD PEOPLE AT MY HOUSE AND STILL NOTHING IS BEING DONE. I LIKE THE SERVICE WITH COMCAST NOT THE INTERNET SERVICE. I AM JUST GOING TO HAVE TO LET IT GO I GUESS BECAUSE I HAVE JUST BEEN TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF, AND I AM SURE I AM NOT THE ONLY ONE,,,ANYONE ELSE WITH THIS PROBLEM AND IF YOU EVER GOT IT TAKEN CARE OF WHAT DID YOU HAVE TO DO ???

I would like to understand with all the good money you get from people for your cable and internet that when you pay for the higher quality internet you seem to be not getting that. I have had this problem for years but I am tired of paying bills from you guys higher than any of my other household bills and my interent service is terrible. Either get this right or I am going to go somewhere else. I have been with you for well over 10 years looks like you could get it right sometime or another, I was told I am suppose to be getting 600 mbps and when I do my speed test it does not get up to over 36mpbs. Whats up?
