We have been told we have gone over 1tb of data for January and February and will now be charged when it happens again. We are a household of 3, who work during the day, so there is no way we are using this much data each month. I am now looking at our usage in the portal, and 5 days into March we are already up to 194gb. At this rate, we will again go over the 1tb limit. Comcast cannot tell me what is using all of this data! Shouldn't they have to prove this? Even though I know there is no way we are using this, if they could prove it, I would consider upgrading to unlimited. I am stuck in a contract and don't have many options.
