Just found out from a friend (that I referred to use comcast) that I pay more than double what he does for the same exact service in the exact same apartment complex. Double play 140+ channels and 150 mbps. For new customers it's $70 plus tax. I chatted to see if my bill could be lowered since I have been a loyal customer but of course that didn't pan out. How is a loyal customer charged over 50% more than a new customer? The rep said to call a number but I don't have the time at the moment to wait for a new rep just to be told they can't lower my bill. I am seriously considering cancelling this weekend and will not recommend comcast to anyone else.
