Recently i was forced to terminate my account and paid for termination fees although I never wanted to, just wanted to transfer service but now I no longer have active services. Xfinity support staff says that there is a ticket number but has failed the 5 times ive visited and chatted with them to provide details or any updates other than, “sorry we dont have any updates, check back in a few weeks..” I want to get service but keep being told that my home isn’t servicable although my neighbor next door has service? How is this even a legitimate explanation when there’s an Xfinity box where the house meters are? I can see where the techs have pulled the line from. Can someone actually come out and service my address?

I submitted a transfer request from my current address to my new address but was told that my new address wasn't serviceable. I'm moving from an apartment to new townhouse and have neighbors who's address does appear as serviceable. How do I get my address serviced so I can get Xfinity in my new home?
I just got off the phone with a loyalty rep who told me i would have to go to a competiro like Wave and has now scheduled my termination. What in the world is happening here? I'm moving 3.7miles away and am still living in the same proximity as other Xfinity customers. Anyone dealt with this before?
