I, too, am getting double billed for another mobile line for an iphone that never arrived via fedex. I have called at least 3 times a week since November 1, 2018 and have gotten nowhere with customer service tier 2. Each person has a different answer and no solution. Absolute nightmare. They won't close the second line until the lost fedex package gets returned to them and meanwhile my credit card is being charged each month. Outrageous.
