<edited>. I've been trying since late January to get an email about how to do the port forwarding that is standard issue TTY OCR can read to me in any of the following languages and dialects: -Plain English -most post-1940 UK & North American English dialects - US Federal & State "Legalese dialects". Specifically FCC, PUC, and the newest dialect of "Companies receiving Federal funds: requirements ".* ------------- Xfinity's tech support, the email I received last month, and your online guide are written for an audience that is visual & understands more "tech-speak" than most people in the 40+ age bracket. I have low vision & am over 40. I require a English (preferably the federal legal definition of "Plain English") that my TTY can read outloud to me. There are too many hyperlinks on the email, xfi, and Xfinity website for non-visual users to follow. I'm partial to pdf documents, but I will accept the non-tech non-visual guide on:fixing Xfinity's Xfi app / Gateway security blunder. *Xfinity/Comcast accepts federal subsidies to fund low-income Internet users .I'm sure your legal department knows how it applies to blind and visually impaired customers of any Xfinity/Comcast services /products.
