So, apparently my first post disappeared. My issue is I got behind on my bill & they disconnected my internet. Today, I did the CHAT thing and was told by billing reps to get service restored I would need to pay $105.49. I paid that amount & then the SALES team wants me to pay a $100.00 deposit to restore my service. WHY?? "In case of future missed payments my services would not be interrupted." LOL like shouldn't that be MY concern?? I paid WHAT I OWED and they still will not restore my service. I only have 2 months left of a 12 month agreement and we all know the cost would skyrocket after that. Why can't this company just ever be honest & CONSUMER friendly?? Will never recommend this company or ever use them again.
