I am a long time customer and recently went through hardships and was unable to keep up with my cable bill as I was put on an extended leave of absence from work due to surgery. I have had a couple of returned payments and I am trying to now get my account back in good standing and restore my services but talking to customer service now is like talking to a brick wall. No one has compassion or understanding only reiterating what the computer says and when I ask to speak to a supervisor, I get..."they are going to say the same thing." I understand my bill is past due but I am trying to bring it out of arrears but I am getting nowhere. I do have the option of acquiring service through other companies as does most of your customers but I like the package that I have and would like to continue being a loyal customer but customer service is making it impossible. Please help!
