Long story short, my cable service is very touchy. Heavy pixelation on one channel, other channels might be fine. Technician came out, replaced the cable line entering the house, and showed me how deteriorated the line from the pole to the house was (visibly in terrible condition). He said he would be back the following week to replace that line as well as he had another appointment already scheduled that day. Fast forward 6-7 weeks and nothing has been changed, the technician isnt responding to me, and the comcast employee on these forums stopped responding to my private messages. Service seems slightly better after the original technician visit but with recent wet weather its worse than ever. Please help.

TV experiences pixelation. Can be fine on one channel and unwatchable on another. One day certain channels are fine and the next they cant be viewed. Occasionally get error code xre-03097. Seems to get worse when my brother uses the xbox over the wifi or we use the wifi for a voice call. Spent some time on the phone with a technician on Christmas eve. He sent some "repair signals" over and it seemed to work well for some time but then reverted back to the same issue later in the day. Don't have time to to spend on the phone with the technician and operator. Please help. Thanks
