I've had the same problem with MSNBC and CNN. Looking for solutions, I've read that older cables with copper wiring instead of alluminum can have problems with current signal frequencies. Earlier, I'd seen that slightly shifting the box suddenly stopped the pixelation, although it returned later. I think changing the tension on the cable may clear charges in the wires that restrict the signal strength. Lately I found that I can clear the signals by whacking the signal splitter between the cable receiver and Internet receiver. When I get a chance, I'll try replacing the old copper cabling with alluminum and using a BAMF SB-2002 splitter.
